Leaked Email Reveals Fox News Editor Instructed Correspondents to Ignore Factual Truths on Global Warming and Pass Them off as Lies!

A leaked email reveals that a Fox News editor told his staffers to refrain from asserting that the planet has warmed or cooled in any given period without immediately pointing out that such theories are based upon questionable data. Critics say such a directive mis-characterizes the issue of global warming as an even-sided scientific debate when in fact the global warming concept is accepted by a vast majority of researchers.

The directive, sent by Fox News Washington managing editor Bill Sammon, was issued less than 15 minutes after Fox correspondent Wendell Goler accurately reported on-air that the United Nations' World Meteorological Organization announced that 2000-2009 was "on track to be the warmest [decade] on record." Sammon's orders for Fox journalists to cast doubt on climate science came amid the network's relentless promotion of the fabricated "Climategate" scandal, which revolved around misrepresentations of emails sent to and from climate scientists at the University of East Anglia's Climatic Research Unit.

"Fox News has consistently delivered false and misleading information to its viewers about the climate crisis," Al Gore, former vice president and Academy Award winner for his documentary on global warming, "An Inconvenient Truth," wrote in his blog.

A new study from the University of Maryland (PDF) found that while in general folks who watched news were better informed about issues, but there was an exception:

"…they found that regular viewers of the Fox News Channel, which tilts to the right in prime time, were significantly more likely to believe untruths about the Democratic health care overhaul, climate change, and other subjects."

And how did Fox News respond to this critique of the way it is misleading a vast swath of the American public? In a statement, Michael Clemente, who is the senior vice president of news editorial for the network, said:

"The latest Princeton Review ranked the University of Maryland among the top schools for having ‘Students Who Study The Least’ and being the ‘Best Party School’ – given these fine academic distinctions, we’ll regard the study with the same level of veracity it was ‘researched’ with."

More Than $10 Trillion (US Taxes) Fund Wars for Foreign Countries and Corporate America

The U. S. Military Budget Makes the U. S. Welfare Budget Seem Like Small Potatoes

The budgets are the amount allocated in portion from our National Gross Domestic Product, most commonly know as the "NGDP", to certain areas and Departments of Government, the portions of the budget are applied towards expenditures accrued by the country and it's military as a whole.

But guess what? The U. S. Military are not defending America! The Department of Defense is like the Patriot Act, it only sounds good. They have nothing to do with the actual Defense of America as a whole or protection of the citizens who pay their bills and who they were designed to protect.

The Department of Defense, are off defending foreign countries around the globe to protect foreign and corporate American investments, in these same countries. So if you join the military you are nothing more then a highly trained corporate security guard, and when you get out of the military you know where you need to apply for your next job, as a rent-a-cop.

Every time I turn the radio on in Arizona, I hear the same old Republican Nazi propaganda for dismantling Welfare, Medicaid, and Social Security. Like it's the root of all the problems in America. Just go to KFYI.com and you get to hear all of the Fox News Fascist Nazi Dictators share their logic on this same topic, over and over, and the more people that hear it, the more believe it, cause Fox News talking heads fail to supply actual numbers. Fox News's main proof of evidence, to back up their lies, are the three words "Can you believe?" Just listen to one of them talk and then count how many times you hear them say it.

I'm referring to people like Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, and local Arizona talking heads like Barry Young and Jim Sharpe. So, when you boil it down, Republicans think that poor, old, and disabled citizens are the main problems that are facing America. And they want to strip any hope, they have, of taking care of themselves. Why? So they can play politics down the road and blame Obama! Then they can seem like the false prophets they are, and try to save them, by spending more money.

America does not need any politician to help them out or bring them hope and change. Because in the history of America or the world, it has never happened. Can you name 'one-single' Dictator that was great? Especially any Fascist corporate talking head Dictators? Fascist Corporate Dictator Politicians, do nothing but, get in the way of democratic progress.

Where is All the Waste Really At?

For the 2010 fiscal year, the president's base budget of the Department of Defense rose to $533.8 billion. Adding spending on "overseas contingency operations" brings the sum to $663.8 billion. When the budget was signed into law on October 28, 2009, the final size of the Department of Defense's budget was $680 billion, $16 billion more than President Obama had requested. An additional $37 billion supplemental bill to support the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan was expected to pass in the spring of 2010, but has been delayed by the House of Representatives after passing the Senate. Defense-related expenditures outside of the Department of Defense constitute between $319 billion and $654 billion in additional spending, bringing the total for defense spending to between $1.01 and $1.35 trillion in fiscal year 2010. The President's budget request for 2010 totals $3.55 trillion. Percentages in parentheses indicate percentage change compared to 2009.

This budget request is broken down by the following expenditures:

The Iraq War and the War in Afghanistan are not included in the regular budget. Instead they are funded through special appropriations. If the military should not be cut, can you tell me what should be cut?

Warrant for Julian Assange is for Unprotected Sex

Swedish law is looking more and more totalitarian every day. The "sex crimes" arrest warrant for Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is not what MNM is portraying it to be. And while Major News Media propaganda wants you to think he is a rapist, it turns out, the arrest warrant was for violating an obscure Swedish law against having sex without a condom. James D. Catlin, a former attorney for Julian Assange has confirmed that the charges are for having consensual sex without using a condom. The consent of both women to have sex with Assange has been confirmed by prosecutors. Claes Borgstrom of the Stockholm law firm Borgstrom and Bostrom, who is representing two women who said they had sexual relationships with Assange, said his clients complained to the police of Assange's reluctance to use condoms and unwillingness to be tested for sexually transmitted disease. The prosecutor reviewing the case said the investigation into the rape charge was officially closed. But the investigation into allegations of "molestation" is still continuing. As part of this investigation, an official spokeswoman said, Swedish authorities will now seek to conduct an official interrogation of Assange. The principal concern for the women about Assange’s behavior related to his lack of interest in using condoms and his refusal to undergo testing, at the women’s request, for sexually transmitted diseases. Pretty soon, just to have sex, every single person will have to register for a license that proves they are STD free.
