This is pretty simple there were no drugs in his system or the home. Why are the police amazed by some guy raising a gun in his home to people who are invading it? Police have no right to raid homes in search of anything like they do. Not to mention there warrant to search was null and void after they didn't find what they were looking for. Him having a gun and pointing it at police who were pointing guns at him is not a valid excuse to kill him. This is just trigger happy police looking for an easy and legit kill that they can get away with. And another example of cops doing evil things for cash and drugs. Did the police even release the info on how they knew it was a drug house? I doubt it. There was no info. They saw he was Mexican plain and simple. Why were they prepared for a firefight? They had full gear and their info must of entailed a large weapons cache. Weapons don't equal drugs. He might have been some kind of weapon supplier/dealer but thats not illegal in Arizona. And definitely not an excuse to kill him in a raid that should have never happened if we were not living in a police state. But since we are living in a police state you can expect more things like this to come and the Tempe, Arizona police should expect to feel some blow back from it.

The War on Drugs is about to come to a huge stop and police everywhere are scrambling for money they can get from pulling, just about, anyone over with large sums of cash that they can legally confiscate and claim is for drug trafficing.
